USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FOR ACCESS TO THE
LUCID PIANOS PLATFORM AND WEBSITE AND PRIVACY POLICY

The terms, conditions, restrictions, prohibitions and agreements set forth herein (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“you”, “You”, or “your”) and Lucid Pianos
You must read this Agreement before using the Lucid Piano Platform and Website. Your use of the Lucid Pianos Platform and Website constitute your agreement to all of the Terms and Conditions, and you warrant and represent that you understand, agree to, accept and will comply with all of the Terms and Conditions.
1. GENERAL
By using the Lucid Pianos Platform and Website you agree to report in writing any alleged improprieties of any Service Provider to Lucid Pianos immediately following their Services provided. These include Piano installers, Piano tuners, etc.
Does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the Service Providers are or will comply with our rules, regulations or policies.
2. MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time and from time to time, effective upon posting the amended terms on our website. If we make changes, we will notify you by, at a minimum, revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Lucid Pianos or Services after any such change(s) shall constitute your consent to such change(s). If you do not agree to any such change(s) you may not use or access the Lucid Pianos Platform or Website.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Terms and Conditions do not, and your use of the Lucid Pianos Platform and Website does not, convey or grant to you any rights, interests, ownership, claims or entitlements: (i) in, concerning, in connection with, or related to the Lucid Pianos Platform except for the limited license granted above which shall immediately cease and terminate upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, or earlier upon the occurrence of any event, matter, thing or circumstance herein that results in or otherwise causes the cessation or termination of such license; or (iii) to use or reference in any manner whatsoever Lucid Pianos company names, logos, designs, graphics, icons, scripts, trade dress, database, product names, service names, patents, trademarks, copyrights, service marks, proprietary information, confidential information, or intellectual property or those of Lucid Pianos licensors. All rights and intellectual property rights (e.g., design rights, trademarks, copyrights and all other similar rights, whether registered or unregistered, wherever existing in the world together with the right to apply for protection of the same) in, concerning and/or with respect to the Lucid Pianos Platform and Website (including all modifications and changes thereto) shall be owned by us solely, absolutely and in their entirety.
4. CHOICE OF LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Malaga, Spain, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles thereof, except as may be otherwise provided in supplemental terms adopted by Lucid Pianos applicable to your region. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any Dispute (including any dispute as to the meaning, effect, interpretation, performance, enforcement or validity of this Agreement) shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Malaga, Spain, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
We are dedicated to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we use it. This privacy policy applies to transactions and activities and data gathered through the Lucid Pianos Platform. You must review this privacy policy periodically as we may revise it without notice. Each time you use the Lucid Piano Platform and Website or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices and procedures described in this privacy policy at that time.
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for https://www.lucidpianos.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website or from promotion whereby we obtained your email address or other personal information. It will notify you of the following:
